I promise I am! I'm not just lurking about! I'm also engaged to in case you haven't heard. She's just so shy about it. She won't pick a date either. Or wear the ring. Or acknowledge the relationship even when asked about it. She hurts my feelings a lot, but it's just one of those love/hate things. That's how we live. We drive each other mad, sometimes mad with passion, sometimes mad with murderous rage. Either way, there's love.



Anyway, besides issues with my wife-to-be, there's been WAY too much drama, stress, bullshit, and death goin' on lately. Yesterday I finally got fed up with all of it and slept half the day away and the rest of it was spent watching movies/chilling at home. Being a lazy bum has never felt so enjoyable. Watched my newly purchased copy of Watchmen and my extremely old copy of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh--in that order.
On a related note, I was disappointed with the special features of Watchmen. There really wasn't a whole lot on there. I was thinking they'd have a separate category for deleted scenes and what have you, but such a section does not exist. All it has are the video diaries they posted online (which I already saw, 'cause they were online, duh), a My Chemical Romance video, and a mini-documentary on Watchmen that I didn't watch because I hated the animation. Maybe I'll just listen to it someday, but I couldn't stand knowing that horrible animation was on my screen. Pleh. Also, I bought a new Rorschach t-shirt today. Love it.

ANYWAYYYYYY....One of the main reasons why I was relaxing on such a seemingly random Tuesday was because it's my only day off this week. I'm gonna pull in a shit load of hours this week (somewhere between 30-40, I normally barely pull 20). I'm gonna get *paaaaaid*~. Woo! I've been debating as to where that money should be spent, whether on a new office chair or perhaps a new camera. Somethin'. No idea. Know I wanna get something nice. Considering getting massages for some of my close friends: , , & . Not sure if that's gonna happen or not, 'cause that's pretty expensive, but I think that we would all appreciate it. We've all been extremely stressed out lately, and I think we could definitely use an official spa day.

I haven't worked on Silenced at all lately. Not since the last post. Sorry to let you know that, but I've been too busy with enjoying my friends & partaking in pointless shenanigans.
However, I've had a strong urge to write lately. Not sure if it's gonna be on Silenced or what. My writing has been flickering on and off quite frequently. It's kind of annoying, and I'm sure anyone who's gotten this far into the journal or actually reads any of these journals is REALLY tired of hearin' me talk a whole buncha shit about my writing, and then never posting any. But there's something you must understand, frustrated reader. I'm an artist, and I must fulfill my silly whims and fancies. No, not really. Well, kind of. My point is that I'm a bit of a perfectionist about my writing. I have a few pages of Silenced hand-written in this little journal thing I carry around with me, but I don't want to post it because I see a million flaws in it that I can fix. I want it to be at the best of my abilities when I post it and THEN I can take criticism on it. Kapeesh?

Yes, I'm aware there's other forms of art. I just haven't been doin' much along those lines either. Haven't in quite some time, which makes me feel terrible 'cause I had a few goals I wanted to accomplish that I'm not sure if I'm gonna make or not this summer. Hm.


Lastly, I wanted to mention that my Kiriban is close. It's supposed to be at 2222. Not sure if anyone's gonna catch it 'cause I think it's less than 10 pageviews away. Good luck with that.
